One of the first purpose-built hotels in Europe, Queens Hotel was built on the site of the original Sherborne Spa, and became used as suitable accommodation for the nobility and royalty who visited Cheltenham to restore, renew and revive.
Our teams combined experience enables us to provide the very best customer service in a luxury setting where guests can soak up our history and take time out to explore the quaint villages and abundant countryside of the Cotswolds.

Working at the heart of our business, cleaning guest bedrooms and public areas, you will have a warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is certainly an asset. You will have the ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming. Excellent organisational skills and time management are a must.
