Honest Roofing, operating under Honest Group Ltd., is expanding our crew network for the upcoming season. We are looking to partner with dedicated, fully equipped subcontracting crews who want consistent volume and competitive rates.
We are locking in contracts for specialized crews in:
Residential & Commercial Shingles

Mandatory Requirements
To get on our roster, your business must have the following ready to verify:
Active WCB Account in good standing
Current General Liability Insurance policy
Your own reliable truck, setup, and tools (a dump trailer is highly preferred)
Solid professional references
A couple of addresses of your recent work for a quick quality check
A signed Honest Group subcontractor agreement
Payout & Perks
Clean, straightforward square-rate pay scale
Weekly pay schedule you can actually count on
Steady, predictable workflow throughout the season
Room for long-term growth and year-over-year contract renewals
Detailed rate sheets will be broken down during our initial meeting and review of your crew’s experience.
