Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction and maintenance projects, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions closely. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction and repair of structures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Perform tasks such as building frameworks, installing fixtures, and applying caulking.
Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
Support carpenters and other skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks.
Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required on job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to construction tasks.
Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution.
Experience with caulking techniques is a plus.
Strong maintenance person skills with an aptitude for building and repairs.
Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Previous experience as a carpenter or in similar labor-intensive roles is advantageous.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
