Job Description
An exceptional opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to represent Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Auckland in a premium dealership environment. This role combines luxury sales, customer experience, and brand stewardship at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of new and pre-owned Rolls-Royce motor vehicles
Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability objectives, and company budgets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and high-net-worth prospects
Deliver a personalised, world-class customer experience throughout the entire ownership journey
Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand the customer database
Manage inventory levels and vehicle ageing in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate and timely records within Salesforce CRM
Coordinate customer events, marketing initiatives, and brand activations
Collaborate closely with service, marketing, grooming, and administration teams to ensure seamless customer delivery experiences
Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards at an exceptional level
Provide regular sales activity and performance reporting to senior management
Participate as a valued member of the dealership management team
What We're Looking For
Proven success in luxury retail, automotive sales, premium hospitality, or high-end relationship management
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development
Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities
High attention to detail and professionalism
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
