They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bankAbout the Role:The role Sales Manager - Gold Loans involves driving Gold Loan through a team of Relationship Officers. It also involves ensuring growth in Book size of allotted Gold Loan Hubs, maintain product level IRR and PF, and deliver on the new initiatives rolled out.Key Responsibilities Deliver on the Budgeted Targets in Gold LoanEnsure Relationship Officers productivity levels are matchInteract regularly with the Branches and various Branch staff for lead generation through BranchesHiring ,Training and Development of the Team MembersSupport Bank’s endeavor in new product and process Qualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Education – Graduation / Post Graduation)Experience 3-5 Years Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Should possess basic knowledge of Gold Loan or other Retail Assets ProductsGood communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skillsStrong Drive to deliver on the numbersAbility to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalsAbility to manage , train and develop the team members
