Role: Risk & Audit Manager
Department: Compliance
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Description: An Audit Manager is responsible for organizing and managing internal audits according to audit plans. The responsibilities of Audit Managers include overseeing the process of audits, making recommendations on policies, and ensuring that the organization fulfills international and governmental obligations of compliance.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes.
· Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
· Supervising and conducting independent audits.
· Preparing and executing operational and monetary audits.
· Preparing analysis for departments.
· Ascertaining business process threats.
· Drafting recommendations on corrective measures.
· Advising executives.
· Compliance to policies and procedures.
· Requires inputs from the management on what else they need the resource to do.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Must have bachelor’s degree in accounting, or any business degree or MBA or master’s degree
2. Must have experience with technology.
3. Extensive experience in auditing.
4. Strong knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
5. A record of success in internal and external audits.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Strong time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
