We are hiring for the position of Retention Specialist.
Candidate should have good banking knowledge.
Candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients and identify the reason of their closure request.
Candidate will act as per the issue raised by the client and ensure iss get resolved within TAT.
Candidate should have an excellent communication skills.
Having prior experience in same field will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
