Job Description:

We're seeking a tech-savvy and sales-driven Retail Technical Sales Staff to join our team in the mobile phone accessory industry! As a key member of our sales team, you'll provide expert advice and support to customers, drive sales growth, and promote our range of mobile phone accessories.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers on mobile phone accessories

- Achieve sales targets and promote products and services

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile phone models, operating systems, and accessories

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and implement sales strategies

- Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and displays

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience (mobile phone or technology industry experience an advantage)

- Strong technical knowledge of mobile phones, operating systems, and accessories

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems
