Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a retail store manager located in Bengaluru. The retail store manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing store policies. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and working to prevent retail loss. Additionally, the retail store manager will be responsible for maintaining store presentation and achieving sales targets.
