About House of Fett

House of Fett is a premium women's western wear brand known for bold, contemporary silhouettes and statement dressing. The brand retails through its own stores in leading malls across Delhi NCR, a growing franchise network, and retail partners such as Shoppers Stop and Aza Fashions. We are expanding quickly and are looking for sales-driven retail talent who want to grow with the brand.

What You Will Do

Own the store's monthly sales target and drive daily conversions on the floor
Lead by example: strong personal selling plus coaching the team on closing and add-ons
Plan shifts, manage the store team, and keep floor energy high through the day
Maintain visual merchandising and House of Fett brand standards
Manage stock: counts, replenishment, shrinkage control, and audits
Send daily sales reports and MIS to head office
What We Are Looking For

3 to 5 years in fashion or apparel retail, with at least 1 year leading a store or a shift
Proven record of achieving sales targets, be ready to share your numbers
Strong customer handling, grooming, and communication
Comfortable with mall timings, weekends, and festive season working
Role Details

Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹38,000 per month
Location: Kala Ghoda , Mumbai
Employment type: Full time, on-site
