What you'll do | Hei mahi
Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalized assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
Drive Product Availability & Quality: Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
Support Smooth Operations & Standards: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Strong Interpersonal Skills: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions.

Detail-Oriented & Proactive: You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in your work and proactively escalating issues to management when necessary.
Flexible availability to work between the hours of 4.30pm and 6.30am
