We are looking for a Store Manager for our Delhi store to take end-to-end ownership of store operations, team performance, and the in-store customer experience. The role involves leading the on-ground team, driving sales targets, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, train, and manage the store team (Sales Executives), including duty rosters and performance
Drive store sales performance and ensure daily/monthly/quarterly targets are met
Review and consolidate end-of-day sales reporting and reconciliation across the team
Own inventory management for the store — stock accuracy, replenishment planning, and coordination with the warehouse/logistics team on transfers and discrepancies
Ensure store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure a high standard of customer service across the team
Monitor and control store-level expenses and petty cash
Coordinate with HR on attendance, leave planning, and staffing needs for the store
Share regular performance and operational updates with management
Requirements & Skills
3-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands, with at least 1 year in a team-handling/supervisory role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets
Comfortable with end-of-day sales processes, inventory management, and basic reporting
Strong communication and customer service orientation
Presentable, proactive, and a genuine interest in the brand and streetwear culture
Ability to work store hours, including weekends
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
