As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our jewellery products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our jewellery products to customers
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends
