About Bee Bliss:
Bee Bliss is a fast-growing premium honey brand committed to delivering pure, natural honey to households across India. We are currently expanding our offline retail presence and are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to help us build strong relationships with retailers and grow our distribution network.
If you enjoy meeting new people, convincing shop owners, and earning performance-based incentives with no upper limit, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit retail shops, supermarkets, departmental stores, grocery stores and general trade outlets daily.
• Introduce and pitch Bee Bliss Honey to retailers.
• Get Bee Bliss products listed in retail stores.
• Generate new retail orders and expand market coverage.
• Collect payments from retailers wherever applicable.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Resolve retailer queries and provide regular support.
• Report daily sales activities and market feedback.
• Share competitor pricing and market insights.
Who We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confident while meeting new people.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Honest, disciplined and willing to work on the field.
• Prior FMCG sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Own two-wheeler is preferred.
• Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting and communication.
