The Job Description
1. Credit Card Sales through Face-2-Face Interaction with all Walk-in customers inside the store
2. Strike a Smart & Pleasant conversation with each & every customer.
3. Pitch & convince the customer for Credit Card.
4. Process customer application through an IPAD (No Pen/Paper).
5. Interact with the Bank Officer (present inside the store) for completing the transaction.
The Eligibility Criteria
1. Age 20-26 Years (Female/Male)
2. Graduate- Any Stream (Undergraduates can apply as well)
3. Freshers & Experienced (0-3 years Sales-Any Field) both are eligible
Skills:
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
