Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions about products and store policies, and providing recommendations.
Sales: Assisting customers in finding products, processing sales transactions, and handling returns and refunds.
Store Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory control tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
Communication: Effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and management.
Financial Transactions: Accurately processing payments and returns using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Loss Prevention: Supporting store security and following loss prevention policies.
