Retail Sales Associate – Boost Mobile Authorized Retailer
Location: 730 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11226Job Type: Full-time and Part-timePay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based sales incentives
A Boost Mobile Authorized Retailer is seeking friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associates to join our team in Brooklyn.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, learning about smartphones and wireless services, and helping people find the right products and plans for their needs.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional service
Assist with phone purchases, activations, upgrades, and service plans
Explain promotions, products, and account options clearly
Sell phones, accessories, and wireless services
Process customer payments and account transactions
Meet individual and store sales goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Resolve basic customer concerns and provide after-sales support
Follow company procedures and complete required daily tasks
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Friendly, confident, and sales-oriented personality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers
Ability to learn wireless products and services
Retail, wireless, or customer-service experience is preferred
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
Training will be provided to qualified candidates.
