Retail Sales Associate

We have come up with new requirements for one of the leading Telecom operators for its Retail Business.
1. Hiring will be for Retail Stores of Telecom across Delhi NCR.
2. It will be a permanent position as per the Client business requirement on the rolls of Quess Corp LTD.
3. A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for all Sales activities and Sales associated job duties and will be responsible for driving the revenues.
4. He is will be the face of the brand at the Retail store and open market.
5. He will perform all the activities such as greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions, and providing product information.
Screening Process:
- Quess PI round (Telephonic/virtual during lockdown)
- Trainer Round + Sales Round
- Personal Interview by ZM/SM.

- Persuasive/ Sound Communication
- Age must be less than 27 years
- Must be Graduate
- Must not have a tattoo or any scars on the visible part of the body.
Salary- 2.10L -2.70L +incentives
