Retail Sales Assistant

We’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating stunning interiors that reflect our clients’ visions—while maintaining a flexible, family-friendly work culture.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Interior design experience is not required, but a background in retail or customer service is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Window covering experience is an asset but not essential
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with inquiries and product knowledge
Schedule and coordinate client and sales consultations
Maintain organized records of sales transactions, invoices, and other relevant documentation
Order merchandise and manage inventory
Set and monitor sales targets and performance
Complete training through Hunter Douglas’ online learning platform
Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and inspiring showroom environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience with window coverings is a bonus but not essential
