Job Description
Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets to meet set objectives.
2. Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele.
6. Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information.
7. Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best to achieve financial goals.
8. Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations.
