What you’ll do:

In this newly created position, the Retail Media Manager will be responsible for selling and delivering omnichannel media solutions across a specific supplier and category portfolio.
You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and adding value for our supplier partners by using first-party data, insights, and a strong understanding of retail media channels.
You’ll build strong relationships with suppliers, internal category teams, and agency partners, and you’ll be accountable for managing your portfolio with commercial focus, strategic thinking, and solid execution.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in media sales, retail marketing, or category/partnerships roles within FMCG, retail, or media agency environments – minimum 3 years.
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and achieve commercial sales targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in media planning and buying principles
Experience using CRM and reporting tools to manage pipelines, track campaign performance, and inform sales strategy
Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or related discipline preferred
