We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Retail Marketing Coordinator to join the Platypus Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in retail marketing & campaign coordination who enjoys bringing ideas to life and ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate retail marketing campaigns, activations and customer experiences across the ANZ store network
Manage retail marketing collateral, including print distributions, production, quality control and delivery
Manage the lifecycle of retail marketing assets across stores, shopping centres and centre media sites
Build strong relationships with centre management teams and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, traffic and engagement
Coordinate centre media opportunities and ensure creative assets are delivered to specification and deadline
Own the marketing requirements for new store openings and refits, including launch plans, collateral, centre marketing and activations
Work closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Creative and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time
Manage project budgets, supplier quotes, purchase orders, invoices and expenditure tracking
Provide post-campaign and post-opening reporting, capturing performance, learnings and recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve processes, supplier efficiencies and overall retail marketing execution
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Retail Marketing or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced retail, fashion, footwear or consumer environment
Strong project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Experience coordinating retail marketing collateral, print production, distributions, store openings, refits or activations
Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, quotes, purchase orders and invoices
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to measure campaign and activation performance
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and process improvement skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with strong Microsoft Excel skills essential
