Retail Dealers Sales Exec

Role Summary: The Retail Dealers and Channel Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail dealers and channel sales to drive bulk and recurring sales. This role involves prospecting, lead management, order fulfillment, and channel partner support across the motorcycle accessories segment.

Key Responsibilities: · Identify and onboard new dealers and channel sales. · Manage ongoing communication with retail dealers and channel partners. · Create and present product pitches and sales proposals. · Coordinate bulk orders and ensure timely fulfillment. · Monitor dealer performance and support sales targets. · Maintain CRM records and track B2B sales pipeline. · Participate in dealer meets, trade shows, and roadshows. · Collaborate with marketing to generate dealer-specific offers.

Skills &

Qualifications: · Graduate · Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Sales (automotive or allied industry preferred). · Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. · Good command over Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards. · Understanding of the premium motorcycle ecosystem is a strong advantage. · Must have their own conveyance Key Attributes: · Results-driven approach · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Analytical and target-oriented · Ability to manage multiple dealer accounts · Team player with high accountability Compensation: Upto Rs.60K/Month including performance-linked incentives.
