Role : Retail Banking Relationship Manager (3 Nos)

Location : Pune

Industry : Banking / NBFC

Relevant Required Experience : (1-2) Years min.

Salary Range : As per industry Standard (max 16-17 Lakhs)

The role description is mentioned below:

- Sourcing of Home loans, loans against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, Insurance and any other retail products offered by the bank through self-led generation and with the help of branch activity.

- Developing, maintaining, and managing relationships with business generators like DSA's, Connectors, Chartered Accountants, and other financial consultants.

- Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for the Mortgage business in the region

- Coordination with the Credit department for the processing of the loan till final disbursement.

- Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgaged and residences of borrowers, as well as ensuring due diligence and KYC of the borrower

- Thorough knowledge of various Banking products.

- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval. Read more
