Sr. Branch Manager AVP/DVP

A leadership position responsible for driving the success and growth of retail banking branches.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of branch managers/cluster managers to achieve sales, collection, and profitability targets.
• Maintain high-quality portfolios as per company norms and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train and handhold team members on products and policies.
