We are hiring for Fashion Consultant or Sales Associate for one of our company Monarch Life Style Store Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
• Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fashion Consultant at Monarch Life Style Store Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing fashion advice and recommendations to customers, assisting them in selection of Products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

• Important- Candidate should be from Retail background( Shoe and Apparel).
• Note- Only Retail background candidate ( Shoe and Apparel) apply.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Job Description :
• Assist customers in finding the perfect outfits and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on styling and fashion choices.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive sales.
• Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to clients, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

• 2 to 5 Years.

Salary-
• ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
