About the Role

Evereday Fresh is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team in Maharajganj. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll help create a great shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining store standards, stocking shelves, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and well-presented.
Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers.
Support billing, merchandising, and inventory replenishment.
Keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready.
Work with the team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient shopping experience.
Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of retail operations is preferred.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
