Retail Account Manager

Richmond Hill, ON (On-site)
Permanent, Full-time
$60,000 – $75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Account Manager to drive business development, sales, and marketing strategies for our retail partnerships. You will work directly with Canadian retail head offices to grow revenue and market share, manage forecasts, analyze sales data, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with retail partners
Conduct business reviews with retail buyers
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance
Meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Travel locally as needed
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management (preferred)
3+ years of experience working with Canadian retailers
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
