Restaurant Waiter / Waitress

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences with quality food and customer service. Our dynamic team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Waiters or Waitresses.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests to Momo Delights in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the dishes and drinks.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Monitor tables and ensure customers' needs are met, offering timely assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables between guests.
Handle customer complaints or special requests with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of Asian and Tibetan cuisine is a plus.
