Responsibilities- Create exceptional Guests experiences
Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment
Work, health and safety management
Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
About You- Approved Manager
Great Availability (AM and PM services)
Strong understanding of Liquor Act and WA legislations
Restaurant supervisory experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Positive team player, responsible, organized, and self-motivated
Patient, proactive, and ability to work under pressure
Enthusiastic and eager for knowledge, wanting to develop hotel/hospitality career
