Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm
Fulfill accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high-quality customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving
Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed
Manage time effectively
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
Address guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for bill calculation, cash handling, and change management
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and guests
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance
