Hi everyone!
Momo Ramen is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders and accurately input them into the system
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner
Provide menu information and assist customers with food choices
Ensure the dining area is clean and organized
Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and team player
