Duration: Permanent
Approximate Pay: $30 - $35 per hour (depending on experience)


About the role


Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take your career to the next level? Cobb Co is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering 30 to 40 hours per week, where you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, supporting staff, and driving the day-to-day restaurant success.


Key Responsibilities


 Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth shift management.
 Lead, train, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff.
 Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Create Weekly Roaster.
Communicate with all of our providers/suppliers regarding stock availability.
Talk to the head office regarding suggesting setting up the new menu items or removing the non-popular items.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and assist with budget control.


Requirements
 A Bachelor's/Master's Degree, or at least 2 years of supervising hospitality experience.
 Completed the LCQ Course or a current General Manager’s Certificate (Duty Manager).
 The ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
 Must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand
 Willingness to undergo random drug testing if required
 A criminal history check may be conducted if necessary
