We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant and lounge. The ideal candidate should be strong in team management, customer experience, and revenue growth, while maintaining high service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
Supervise and train staff (service, bar, and support teams)
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
Plan and execute promotions, events, and offers to increase footfall
Control costs, reduce wastage, and manage inventory efficiently
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per regulations
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, and performance
Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and shift management
