Hunter St. Hospitality are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the highly anticipated return of Ananas.
Ananas is Sydney’s beloved French brasserie, reimagined for a new era.
With deep roots in classic French cuisine and a legacy of vibrant atmosphere, Ananas will once again transport guests into the energy and elegance of Parisian dining. This relaunch represents more than a reopening - it is the revival of a landmark venue within one of Australia’s most dynamic hospitality groups.
Ananas - meaning pineapple - is the international symbol of hospitality. This philosophy will define the culture of the venue, and we are looking for a leader who embodies it wholeheartedly. Someone who understands that hospitality is not transactional - it is emotional, intuitive, and unforgettable.

We Are Looking For
A proven hospitality leader who:
Has strong experience as a Restaurant Manager in premium, medium-volume venues
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership
Is deeply guest-centric and understands the difference between service and true HOSPITALITY
Builds culture, accountability and team loyalty
French speaking or familiar with French language – preferred
Thrives in fast-paced, multi-dimensional environments
Ananas joins Hunter St. Hospitality’s portfolio of 41 venues, offering long-term career progression and the support of an established, ambitious hospitality group.
