Restaurant Host|Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter our establishment. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant or hotel environment.

Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or guest services role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and contributes positively to team dynamics.

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
