Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
Lead, train, and develop staff to create a motivated team focused on excellence.
Implement strategies to boost sales while maintaining cost control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers, enhancing their dining experience.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
