Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and takes pride in leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations
Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
Assist with staff rostering, labour cost control, and shift planning
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and confidently
Support onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and company procedures
Step into Manager-on-Duty shifts as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
