Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of three residential communities consisting of approximately 660 units.
Work independently while effectively prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure common areas are safe, clean, attractive, and well maintained.
Attend and participate in monthly Homeowners Association (HOA) Board meetings.
Address Board and unit owner concerns with professionalism, transparency, and sound judgment.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Handle conflict resolution and facilitate positive relationships among residents, Board members, and vendors.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, inspections, capital projects, and preventative maintenance programs.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are completed in accordance with contract requirements.
Maintain accurate records, correspondence, contracts, and property documentation.
Ensure compliance with community governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential property management.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Experience with office administration, including data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and contract administration.
Knowledge of property maintenance coordination and vendor management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically and confidentially.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
