We’re a new franchise location of Mr. Rooter Plumbing building a strong, professional service team in the Katy area. Now Hiring for licensed plumbers who take pride in educating customers and delivering real solutions, not just quick fixes.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company that is focused on quality work, long-term career growth by building a great customer experience and being Plumbers not salesman.
Great Earning Potential
Our goal is to help our plumbers consistently produce $6,000–$10,000 per week by:
Providing quality, high-value service opportunities
Running 2–3 well-qualified calls per day
Focusing on education-based and knowledgable service, not pressure sells tactics
If you know how to diagnose, present options and build trust, the income will follow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Educate homeowners and present multiple service options
Perform service work including:
Drain cleaning & sewer diagnostics
Water heater repair/replacement
Leak detection & repair
General residential plumbing service
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site
Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call
✅ Requirements
Active Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or higher)
Minimum 2 years residential service experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable presenting options and discussing pricing
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
