We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Associate to help us drive the next phase of our growth. If you enjoy meeting people, opening doors, understanding brands and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships, this role is for you.
Your Role
As a Business Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, developing sales collateral and supporting the leadership team in expanding Crewtangle’s Experiential Marketing portfolio.
This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys chasing challenging business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients.
Generate qualified opportunities through outreach and networking.
Build relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Leaders, Procurement teams and CXOs.
Schedule leadership meetings.
Understand client objectives across events, exhibitions, conferences, launches and activations.
Prepare proposals, presentations, commercials, contracts and rate cards.
Maintain Business Development Tracker, sales pipeline and MIS.
Research industries and share strategic insights for business growth.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
