Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Operations Assistant located in Jaipur. The Residential Operations Assistant will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring effective coordination and management of residential facilities, and handling customer service inquiries. Responsibilities include managing logistics, maintaining communication with residents and staff, and assisting with administrative tasks. SoP of the position includes: guests' pick up from the airport, emergency support, management of vendors for food, cleaning, transport, assisting in project translation and project planning, provision of cultural activities such as Indian cooking workshop, Indian chai workshop, etc.

• English Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the travel and education sectors is a plus
• Students of or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
