Step into your next opportunity with Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour, a beautifully modern hotel located in the heart of Sydney. We’re seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee the reservations process, ensuring every guest has a seamless booking experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of hotel reservations who is ready to take the lead in managing systems, rates, and booking processes across the hotel. You’ll be the key link between our Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about hospitality, this is your chance to step into a dynamic leadership role with a global brand.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and lead all aspects of the hotel’s reservations function
Manage individual and group reservations across all distribution channels
Ensure accuracy in rates, availability, and booking details across all platforms
Liaise with internal departments (Revenue, Sales, Front Office) to maximise occupancy and yield
Monitor daily arrivals and reservation trends, reporting to leadership on forecast and pick-up
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and corporate booking enquiries
Maintain reservation procedures in line with brand standards and compliance
Assist in rate loading, inventory management, and channel connectivity
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Opera PMS
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams
A service-first attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
Knowledge of hotel revenue and yield concepts is a plus
