Job Description
Poshtel India is a Design Led Hybrid Hotel Concept offering immersive social and local experiences. We currently run 6 Hotels in New Delhi (2), Varanasi (1) Manali (2) & Shimla (1). Our first outpost was started in 2017 and we have hosted 40,000 guests from 50+ countries since then. Our vision is to create multidimensional spaces that exude a strong community element. While accommodations (short & long stays) are at the core of it all, we run F&B, events, retail, art gallery, co-working space, fashion studio, workshops, music gigs from our spaces.
Poshtel blends craft of a boutique hotel with social buzz of a hostel and convenience of the local apartment.
We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and add on experiences.
To be successful as a Reservation Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.
Reservation Manager Responsibilities:
• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of Hotel options under our portfolio of hotels.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
• Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
• Upselling tours, experiences, transportation, F&B services.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting additonal services.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process and hotel details
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Reservation ManagerRequirements:
• Undergraduate
• Reservations Agent experiences. (In hotel or travel industry)
• Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
• Customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficient in microsoft office suite.
• Data entry experience.
• Flexible working hours.
• Experience & Qualification:
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
Compensation- Upto 4L per annum
