Reservations Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations Executive at Royal Orchid Hotels in Vadodara. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling daily reservation tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective reservations management.

• Strong sales skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and software
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
