Overview:
As a Sale Coordinator and Staff Coordinator at [Homecare Company], you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination between sales activities and staffing requirements. You will be responsible for managing sales processes, coordinating with clients, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet client needs. Your role will involve a blend of sales coordination, client management, and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries and requests.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and contracts.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services and increase revenue.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of homecare services.
Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
Staff Coordination:
Work closely with the staffing team to ensure adequate coverage for client appointments and shifts.
Coordinate staff schedules, including assigning shifts, managing time-off requests, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Communicate effectively with caregivers and staff regarding schedule changes, client preferences, and job assignments.
Monitor staff performance and adherence to company policies and procedures, providing feedback and support as needed.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members, including conducting interviews and training sessions.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales and staffing teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Assist in the maintenance of databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Handle general inquiries and administrative tasks related to sales and staffing operations.
Qualifications:
PUC or Bachelor's degree in business.
Proven experience in sales coordination, client management, or customer service roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of the homecare industry and healthcare regulations is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
