Required Sr. Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain general ledger and accounting records.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory data as required.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as assigned.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with good accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Basic understanding of statutory compliance and taxation.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, or Zoho Books).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
