Job description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Trainer to provide training on planing, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns for our business. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, latest market trends and performance analysis to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
• Deliver training sessions on digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies across multiple platforms.
• Train students and professionals on managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Teach content creation techniques, including ad copywriting, banner creation, and promotional planning.
• Guide learners in monitoring campaign performance and preparing analytical reports with insights and recommendations.
• Explain keyword research methods and basic SEO optimization practices.
• Provide practical knowledge on managing paid advertising budgets and improving ROI.
• Coordinate with trainees and teams to align training activities with branding and marketing objectives.
• Help learners understand audience behavior analysis and methods to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
• Proven experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio or previous campaign examples preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Email marketing knowledge.
• Video marketing and reel creation.
• Basic graphic designing skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
