Qualifications And Experience • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. • Proven track record of at least 12 years in marketing and branding, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that have delivered measurable results. • Deep knowledge of brand development, market research, digital marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing disciplines. • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing marketing teams. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decision-making. • Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget. • Experience in both B2B and B2C segments is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of the target audience and market dynamics , This job is provided by Shine.com Read more
