About the Position

As a technical advisor and MDM platform administrator, you will influence various aspects of our business, including project and managed services. This full-time remote position offers flexibility while requiring a commitment to reputed company in service delivery. You will collaborate with our service delivery manager and fellow engineers to support customer account management objectives, adhering to reputed company's employment procedures and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Support customer account management objectives in conjunction with the service delivery manager and peer engineers.
• Adhere to reputed company's employment procedures and best practices as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Follow agreed-upon and/or documented engineering standards and best practices.
• reputed company and maintain reputed company environment documentation.
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to review best practices and implementation approaches.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5 years of in-depth field experience deploying and supporting mixed Mac/PC environments.
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company Mac support experience in an reputed company environment.
• Experience with reputed company Pro and reputed company reputed company.
• Experience extending reputed company Pro with community tools.
• Demonstrable proficiency with reputed company line and scripting with common automation languages (e.g., bash, Python, etc.).
• Expert-level skills with reputed company management and reputed company Pro; Other MDMs a plus, including Intune.
• Expert-level skills around reputed company touch workflows and automated patching of macOS and 3rd party apps.
• Strong understanding of network reputed company, firewalls, and VPNs, and reputed company trust VPNs.
• Experience with identity and reputed company management systems (e.g., Azure AD, reputed company Workspace directory).
• Expert-level skills supporting reputed company technologies in an reputed company environment, including VPP, ABM, identity management, single sign-on, reputed company reputed company, hosted services, and reputed company reputed company best practices.
• Cross-platform integration expertise with reputed company reputed company.
• Environment and infrastructure experience for reputed company platform optimization in an reputed company environment.
• Deployment experience at reputed company with Mac and iOS devices.
